Wednesday, April 4, 2012 - Pop/pour. In the sunlight, beautiful color and clarity...something I normally don't pay much attention to. Red fruits, rhubarb, and something reminiscent of mint on the nose. On the palate, still a touch tart (as it was in Jan 2010), but this has diminished since the last tasting and helps to keep this lively. A light dose of tannins on the finish. Opens up nicely with 30 minutes of air.
