Saturday, January 4, 2020 - Last bottle from a stash purchased 11 yrs ago...all have been an amazing experience. This one is still very fresh and showing youthful as well...yet noticing more wood spice and burnt sugar...less citrus, green apple freshness...little edgy? Nit picking here a bit...it still delivers pleasure! Creamy and in GC weight...some waxiness, loaded with crushed sea shell saltiness, marine funk, chalky limestone, wet stone...squeeze of lime, white flower and mint florals. There's a nice aged polish and subtlety here...finishes with a little of that spice kick, green apple tart, and classic Chablis limestone dust. VERY Chablis...very satisfying!
