Saturday, February 26, 2011 - Dark blue and black fruit, ripe but without being over the top. Quite seamless, with touches of meat, bacon, peppers. The finish fell short without an acidic spine for support. Overall a good somewhat restraint styled cali syrah with a hint of old world sentimentality.
