Friday, February 4, 2022 - Decanted for 2 hours. Plum red color. Plums and cherries on the nose. Precisely defined, vibrant fruit on the palate. Black cherries, blackberries, pepper, anise. With air a grilled meat note develops, the fruit becomes brighter and redder. Fine, sharp tannins, great acidity and balance. Finishes long and graceful with blackberries and pepper. Lovely. Drink for next 5+ years.
