Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - Despite the wine is nearly 18 years old, it is still very alive. It is a blend of styles : power from Aussie Shiraz and the elegance from Rhone. After 90 mins of decanting, my mouth still feels like attacked by unlimited jabs, but the body has this kind of sikly smooth texture. Finishing is good with just right amount of spice. Last but not least, a killer hook to the head by the alcohol. Very interesting. I wonder what would a newer vintage feels like.
