Friday, June 26, 2009 - Big nose of tart fruit, like a robust sauv blanc. Far more subtle on the tongue than the nose. Tart melon flavors, and tingly at the front. Smooth and round as it finishes. Very mild but not boring, anything bigger than delicate whitefish would be too much I think.
