Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - It did not take much time to really open up (probably 30 minutes or so) and it was great once it did. Really impressed with the complexity of the wine and the many layers (from cola, to cedar spice, and red fruits). It was also a lot darker than other Oregon Pinot's which visually tricks you into thinking it is a heavier wine.
