Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Cheval Blanc Vertical ‘Chez Elke’ (Hotel Hohenzollern, Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler): Out of a pristine Vandermeulen Bottling. Vasa museum, tomato puree, dried porcini, fantastic balance between acidity and richness. Such a creamy texture on the palate with tons of umami.
This is just a dream wine!
