Friday, February 28, 2020 - The wine has become even more difficult to peg as a Cabernet, and likely near the end of its run. Gamey, leather & green pepper aromas. The tannins are receded, and the more air time the more cherry flavors dominate. A nice quaff, albeit not the structure one would expect from a powerhouse cab.
