Saturday, August 20, 2011 - Complex, definite meatiness and a dark, briny olive undertone, with hints of coffee. Gave this a 5 hour in-bottle airing before drinking and it definitely smoothed out and benefited from the treatment. Medium bodied, wonderfully integrated oak, elegant.
