Monday, May 25, 2015 - I had this 6 months ago and it was quite tight. Tonight this is just singing: highly aromatic with bacon, pine/juniper and tar mingling with rich (but fresh) blueberry over a campfire tone. Pleasantly reductive, rich and textured on the palate with good length. Young, but deliciously drinkable.
