Tuesday, December 8, 2009 - I love the comments on this wine here, they are (for the most part) totally consistent with my experience. Aroma of black cherry, cherrry, and cherry, with a spice, barnyard, and deeply layered nose!! Taste is soft and so inviting, a sour cherry fruit bomb, in a good way. Some acidity on the finish, just enough for a medium-bodied meal. This is the best PN since the Sojourn Sangiacomo Vineyard, 2006.
