Absolutely perfectly balanced with dark fruit, cherry and loam flavors. Hard to identify individual flavors as it is so well balanced, integrated and smooth. A seamless wine with no rough edges. Long, smooth finish. One of the better examples of Oregon pinot that I have enjoyed in the last several years. I agree that it is in a burgundian-styled wine and that it is very food friendly. We had it with grilled pork tenderloin and it was a near-perfect match.
