Friday, April 18, 2014 - Pre Easter weekend dinner with the family in OC. Slox Oxed for about 90 minutes, I find BF drinks well out of the bottle but benefits from a decant.

Medium ruby color. Nose is red fruits, Provencal herbs. Palate is red fruits, dried raspberry, strawberry/rhubarb, oak, earth, lavendar.

BF Pinot is very consistent in my experieince. The wine has aged nicely, elegant and restrained. probably has more time ahead of it but will not improve much. Right in its zone now
