Tuesday, August 14, 2012 - decanted for about an hour. had all the makings of a nice cab with a nice nose of dark fruit, a hint of cocoa, some spice and herbal elements. however, the palate was a bit thin in the middle and there was a tart/bitter note on the back end that was really unappetizing.
