Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - Not tasted in almost 10 years. Medium yellow color. Mostly herbs on the nose, no secondary development. Completely dry, excellent acidity, and still has the flesh of fruit even if one cannot pick out discrete fruit flavors. What I am saying is that it does not give the impression of being too austere or dried out at all. Lemony and mineral toward the end. Absolutely delicate feel (although it would be a stretch to call it Germanic in weight) without the density you often feel at this level of Austrian Riesling. Marvelous wine just about arriving at an early phase of maturity.
