Saturday, June 25, 2022 - Unctious dark florals, deep wood spice. Lifted aromatics and spicy acidity. Violets, cured meats. Nicely resolved chook poo and tannins. Concentrated, textural and drinking beautifully with armenian cured meats. Yums and juicy. In a good place, possibly at peak.
