Sunday, April 2, 2023 - My first BdB from Billecart-Salmon and what a lovely experience. Pale golden colour. Aroma of apples, pears, passion fruit, almonds, lemon peel. Palate is chalky and refined, nice creamy sensation of very fine mousse, crisp well integrated acidity, citrusy and white fruit flavours with floral nuances.
