Thursday, November 2, 2023 - 2016 base with reserve wines back to 2014, disgorged in the third quarter of last year at 3.9 g/L. Pale straw with a short mousse. Loads of apple to start, along with almond skins, lemon, vanilla and white pepper. Impressively fine bead. Orchard fruit, melon and pastry cream flavors. An excellent edition of this cuvée.
