Saturday, October 16, 2010 - Straw yellow ever so delicate yet lively effervescence. It make you want to take a 'bite' of the champagne. Brioche, yeast-ferment tones on top of bright yellow fruit. Promising. The mousse dances on the palate leaving behind a delicate, beautiful structured well-balanced experience (pine apple, fine acidity) that never really touches the tongue. If Paris' Notre Dame stained windows could be drunk they would taste like this. Brilliant in all senses, liquid argent fille grain.
