Saturday, August 31, 2013 - Celebrating a friend's recent wedding. Color was good. The wine seemed quite rich on the nose and on the palate, with up front, nutty, toffee/apple flavors and a bit of chestnut on the finish. I didn't get the mineral element others have mentioned. Maybe this was an older bottle. All I know is that I've cellared this bottle for less than two years. Good bead.
