Wednesday, May 4, 2016 - Nice mousse and bright, straw gold color. The smells are granny smith apple, almonds, ginger, and chalky stone. The tastes are ginger, pear, apple, white pepper, chalk, and hints of dill. This wine has bracing acidity and a very tatsy finish.
