Friday, September 20, 2019 - HDH auction at Spiaggia; 9/19/2019-9/21/2019 (Chicago, IL): Very nicely balanced champagne -- quite a bit of bright citrus and tart chardonnay character. Fairly chalky but also high-toned with really good intensity. Some bitter citrus on the finish, but not unpleasantly bitter.
