Saturday, December 20, 2008 - Purchased off the list at the Wood Tavern. My memory was that the last time we tried this, it tasted a little flat which was probably due to the storage conditions. This time, the wine was exactly how it should be: great effervescence, subtle notes of flour and uncooked dough. Very clean and fresh. Very Good.
