Friday, June 12, 2020 - Light yellow colour with a greenish hue and a wild stream of bubbles. Youthful on the elegant nose showing lime, minerals and hazelnuts in a lovely way. Elegant smoother citrus acidity on the palate with a delicious creamy mid before the balanced finish showing lime juice acidity combined with zesty bitterness.
(Probably best with 2-8 years extra cellaring)
