Wednesday, January 24, 2018 - Cloudy light purplish red color. Barnyard and wet hay on the nose. Texture is medium body and a little course. Subdued blackberry and sour cherries, iron, leather to taste with bright acidity and a strong finish. Everything hangs together well and this is a really terrific 29 year old wine that is showing well.
