Friday, September 7, 2012 - Aromas of citrus, toast, orchard fruit and chalky minerality. Nicely balanced with a slight creaminess to it. Shows plenty of toasty notes on the palate probably due to some older vintages in the blend. Quite nice for the price. 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. 10 g/l dosage.
