Sunday, November 1, 2015 - Opened by Allred. This negociant owns 90 acres and buys grapes from another 90 acres. 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir aged for 3 years before release. 10 g/ltr of sugar. Notes of apple and dough. This was a little flabby on the finish for my palate. 86 points.
