Sunday, September 18, 2016 - Yeast, lemon, orange and minerals on the nose. Pear, citrus and dough on the palate. Nice, creamy streamers. Lively, acidic mouth feel that revved up our appetites. Definitely recommended as a fine aperitif for the price.
