Monday, September 2, 2019 - Pale yellow. A: yeasty, classy nose. F: good richness, fruit, fresh bread, and fine acidity. A strong showing in a basic NV champagne. Good value.

Follow up from 12/2019: same notes, baked apples and a nice mineral streak on the palate.
