Tuesday, January 25, 2005 - Burgundy Wine Dinner: Medium red. Fruity and some floral tones with a slightly medicinal black cherry on the nose. Bright in the mouth, with good acidity But the combination of the wine's acids and tannins left me dry in the mouth on the finish and didn't put me over the top.
