Saturday, October 17, 2009 - Light yellow color with fine bubbles. Very open and giving nose with juicy and fresh apples, squeezed lemon and newly baked bread. The taste is fresh and lively with great acidity and similar notes to the nose. Good intensity on the finish. Drinking very nicely.
