Tuesday, May 8, 2012 - Ruby core with some orange rim variation; slightly dull but clear in color. Warm spices on top of dried fruits that show a bit of fungal aromas and slight oxidation. Vevety mouthfeel and very smooth upon entry with a spicy finish. Lacking a bit of clarity and focus and without much detail but the body and structure are impressive.
