Friday, March 17, 2023 - Our friend Howard brought this to the Volnay dinner hosted by our friends Ken and Jodi, and it was delicious. I've found Bouchard to be very reliable as well as relatively affordable, and this did not disappoint. Pale straw color, nice weight in mouth, very fresh and lively, with a very nice finish. Textbook white burgundy and in a real sweet spot now -- perfectly mature but no sign of aging. I'd give it to the end of the decade easy, but no reason to wait.
