Sunday, August 26, 2018 - Scintillatingly good white Burgundy wine. JM was previously the winemaker for Olivier LeFlaive. In my experience, white burgundy needs more time to breath and should be served above 50F. You’ll be rewarded with the creamy and buttery flavor so well-regarded from the #appellation. #93pts
