Sunday, May 17, 2015 - This has aged beautifully. Dark red, some rustier color at the meniscus. Garrigue, cedar, spice drawer notes. Mature, but not raisin-y or pruney; rather, complex and layered. With chicken tagine. Drink up within the next six months, though.
