Friday, July 24, 2009 - Straightforward Aussie Shiraz blend. Palate of underripe plums (a little tart on the finish). Appealing hint of bacon fat on nose not present on the palate. Not a bad Tuesday night wine. Was much nicer immediately after opening -- too much faded overnight.
