Friday, July 31, 2020 - Complex melded aromas of salted plums, sweet chestnuts, lilacs, rich espresso, and game meat. Sweet saturating juice on the palate with an intense acid frame, lilting aromas moving into a wild tannic acid finish. Great energy and wisdom, lovely with Szechuan eggplant and Japanese rice.
