Tuesday, October 7, 2008 - Light straw color with an expressive nose that is dominated by butter and apple. On the palate are flavors of sweet cocoa butter, a touch of apple, and some earthy/minerality. A very elegant wine that needs time to open up and express its fruit and come into balance.
