Tuesday, January 8, 2013 - Wow, this wine was really on! Nose of roasted meats, smoke, blue fruit, violets and other floral aromatics.
The palate was very well balanced... Lots of cool blue fruit, silky tannins, roasted flavours and good acidity. Everything was in perfect equilibrium. This was a good mélange between new world and old world style.
