Sunday, February 10, 2013 - To me, this wine proves Korbel can transcend its reputation and make great wine. Strawberries and cream and biscuits, dried oats and a bit of lemon and grapefruit zest. Ages well in the bottle. 5-7 years after bottling seems to be a sweet spot.
