Tuesday, July 16, 2013 - Light wheat color. Nose exhibits oak, vanilla, toasted nuts. Palate gives way to notes that are mature. Toasted almond, hazelnut. Vanilla, oak. There is great acidity and minerality. Moderate long finish. Kept thinking this would go great with a plate full of cheese. Good stuff.
