Monday, July 10, 2017 - Fine choice that was paired with our Steak Au poivre. Didn't decant and noticed no sediment mentioned by other tasting notes. Was not familiar with this wine, having received it as a gift, but appreciated the fullness after aging, without losing any of its structure. Tasted black cherry and cassis. I would seek out another vintage of this wine, given our experience.
