Saturday, March 28, 2009 - Lemon and a hint of flowers on the nose. The palate is light, crisp with lemon again, a touch of honey, winegums and a small hint of petroleum. Very dry with plenty of minerals and even more acidity to the point of almost being overpowering. Good with gratin of fish but will go even better with shellfish or oysters!
