Sunday, September 15, 2013 - Medium garnet core, wide pale mahogany rim. Attractive, developed nose showing sappy, bright red cherry fruit, notes of game and chalky minerals. Medium bodied on the palate, with bright red fruits initially to the fore, vibrant acidity, slightly grainy tannins, then savoury game and chalky notes on the good length finish. Very good.
