Sunday, March 15, 2009 - Nose of peppercorn, rosemary and cherry pie. Bright fruit on the palate with some earth and a weird fishyness I couldn't exactly understand. It reminded me of Mackerel. The finish was all berries and creme with relaxed tannins and a short finish. Delicious overall but lacking structure and complexity. Pepper still alive for me on the finish in spades.
