Friday, November 7, 2014 - wonderful supertuscan. This CS and CF blend in far beyond best expectations. Mavellous nose of ripe red berries and light oak, rubin-garnet colour at the eye. The mouth is juicy and round with a series of hints from subtle red fruit to chocolate and red berries to leather and sweet dried fruit. "Drop dead gorgeous" just to mention a previous tasting note. Unfortunately it is hard to find another blend like this (Paleo is now made of CF only).
