Sunday, November 29, 2015 - I really enjoyed this bottle. Decanted and consumed over 3 hours with beef tenderloin, roast potatoes and some sautéed veggies. Really deep, dark red. This is fresh and smooth. Everything is nicely in balance, with nice dark fruits. This is drinking really well right now. In a previous note, I said I would wait another five years, but I am changing my mind - there really is no reason to wait on these.
