Monday, April 9, 2012 - Quite possibly the best American pinot noir I have had. Delicious and plush but balanced in its youth, this wine has blossomed nicely. Has Copain's signature flavor profile for the house style since '06, with juicy pomegranate and cranberry flavors, floral aromas and silky Chambolle-like mouthfeel. Required drinking for serious pinot fans. 94-95
