Wednesday, January 6, 2016 - Riper and darker fruit than the 07 En Bas with less vibrant finish. Tasty pinot with PnP, but lost some of its freshness with more air as hints of raisin and ultra ripe notes appear. Will drink the remaining bottles over the short term.

1/6/2016 6:37:00 PM - god, you are cranking through these 2007s! I really appreciate your notes. We agree on the Haut here, as like you, I see the wine accelerating now and it's crossing the apex. The Bas reigns supreme in 2007 now.
